Sous Chef

The Sous Chef works in a dynamic environment that drives one to test their leadership, technological and cooking abilities.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, discipline, and reward team members
Schedule and assign duties to team members
Supervise all team members in every phase of production and service
Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations
Supervise controls to minimize waste; perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service
Supervise all team members in every phase of production and service
Ensure that all quality and health/safety requirements are met in accordance with federal, state, & local standards (FIFO, LIFO, and other sanitation guidelines exp)
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
Keep operating costs within the budget while maintaining quality and service standards

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
