Essential Functions:
Welcome the guests, register them in the computer system, assist them in a welcoming and friendly way, and immediately solve any encountered challenges in a way that exceeds their expectations.
Inform the guest about the property and it's amenities in detail.
Answering phones in a professional, yet friendly manner, willing to assist guest needs as they arise.
Anticipate the needs of guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, remaining professional and courteous when interacting with guests.
Ability to stand for continuous periods of time.
Some nights required for Night Audit shifts.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience as a Front Desk Agent in full service hotel a plus.
Opera Experience a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be a good listener and respond to guest with It would be my pleasure to help or I will look into this for you right away.
Thorough follow up and follow through skills a must.
This is a flexible position, it requires the candidate to work as business needs.
Will include weekends and holidays AM and PM Shift Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.
