The main responsibilities of this position include greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a courteous manner, and monitoring the security cameras.
Excellent starting pay of $13-$15 an hour for experienced candidates.
We operate on three shifts:
5:
30am to 1:
30pm, 1:
30pm to 9:
30pm and 9:
30pm to 5:
30am.
We have 2 shifts from 9:
30pm-5:
30am available a variety of shift times to fill during the week, and also various other shifts for employees taking annual vacations and time off.
Responsibilities Greeting residents and visitors in a positive manner Responding to emails from residents and concierge Log packages that are delivered to guard house Control access and monitor security for the facility Qualifications Previous experience in security Positive attitude always Ability to multi-task Good communication skills Applicants are subject to background check.
