Essential Functions:
Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set waiting time quotes for guests Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return Other reasonable duties as assigned Communicate with wait staff and supervisors regarding availability of tables Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments Adhere to the rules and regulations of the club as defined in the employee handbook Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Previous experience a plus Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
