T The main responsibilities of this position include answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a courteous manner, and monitoring the security cameras.
Starting pay of $14 an hour for experienced candidates.
The hours for the position are 8:

m.
- 6:
00 p.
m.
with the flexibility to stay to 6pm on days when needed.
Responsibilities Greeting residents and visitors in a positive manner Responding to emails from residents and vendors Answering phones Log packages that are delivered to residents Control access and monitor security for the facility Qualifications Previous experience in customer service Positive attitude always Must know Outlook, Word, Excel and be computer literate Ability to multi-task and answer a multi-line phone system Good communication skills
