Zota Beach Resort located North end of Longboat Key by Coquina Beach in Bradenton.
Essential Functions:
Welcome the guests, register them in the computer system, assist them in a welcoming and friendly way, and immediately solve any encountered challenges in a way that exceeds their expectations.
Inform the guest about the property and it's amenities in detail.
Answering phones in a professional, yet friendly manner, willing to assist guest needs as they arise.
Anticipate the needs of guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, remaining professional and courteous when interacting with guests.
Ability to stand for continuous periods of time.
This shift is 11PM to 7AM Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
This position is responsible for balancing the hotels operational and Restaurant shifts:
Experience with Night Audit in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be a good listener and respond to guest with It would be my pleasure to help or I will look into this for you right away.
Thorough follow up and follow through skills a must.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, this is an overnight schedule 11P to 7A Knowledge of Opera is helpful Job Type:
